Installation Questions

Q: I'm a beginner when it comes to installing scripts. Is it difficult?
A: Absolutely not. We have made a special effort to make installing AutoWebHost as simple as possible. All you need to do is edit one configuration file and then visit http://www.your-domain.com/install.php and AutoWebHost will be installed automatically.

Q: Are you able to install AutoWebHost for me?
A: Yes, just e-mail your FTP and MySQL details (or your control panel details) to support@simphpsoftware.com

Q: I've never used a MySQL database before. What do I need?
A: If you have a web hosting control panel there will probably be an option to set up a database. All you need to know is the username, password, host name and database name. Put this information into the configuration file and the installation script will do the rest. If you're in doubt let us know and we will assist you.

Q: How can I buy AutoWebHost?
A: Just click 'ORDER NOW' at the top of this page. You will then be directed to our payment page.

Q: How long will it take to get AutoWebHost once I've ordered?
A: If you pay online you will be e-mailed download instructions as soon as your payment has been authorised - within a few seconds. General Questions

Q: Does AutoWebHost automatically register Domain Names and set-up hosting packages?
A: No. If you do not have a domain reseller account you may apply one by clicking here!

Q: Does AutoWebHost work with any currency?
A: Yes, the software will work with any currency and in any language.

Q: Can I rename the software and remove all traces of it being called AutoWebHost?
A: Absolutely, you can totally brand the software so it fits in the other services you provide.

Q: Are you able to make changes to the software so it does exactly what I need?
A: Of course, if you'd like any changes making to the default software please contact us for a quote.

Q: Do you offer a 30 day trial?
A: No, unlike most of our competitors we do not encrypt the PHP code. Once you order you will have full access to every line of PHP. We have no way to stop the script working after 30 days so a trial would be impossible to implement.

Q: What's your refund policy?
A: All sales of our products are final unless otherwise decided. Decisions are to be placed only in the hands of the S.I.M. PHP Software agent handling your request. No refunds will be issued, guaranteed or promised.  Essentially, once the download information of the program has been issued there is no way for us to guarantee that a customer has not, or is not continuing to use the product.

S.I.M. PHP Software does not accept any returns nor make any refunds for the Software. Refunds are NOT given if server specifications does not meet requirements as listed on our corresponding product info page. Refunds are NOT given for unsuitability to a web server requirement for which the requirements are clearly listed on the product site. Refunds are NOT given for missing "features" or missing capabilities for our products which feature a fully functional online demo. The customer is responsible for determining if the product is suitable by using the demo. Refunds are NOT given for installation fees or other non-product labor costs.

Q: Will I be entitled to free upgrades?
A: Yes, we offer free upgrades for 6 months. After this period you can continue to receive upgrades for a reduced rate.

Q: Does AutoWebHost work on Windows servers?
A: Yes, providing you have PHP and MySQL installed AutoWebHost should work fine. If you are still unsure please contact us.

Q: Will AutoWebHost work with PHP register globals turned off?
A: Yes, AutoWebHost works with either register globals setting.
